POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is mutually agreed that the shipment(s) tendered to the gofetch courier-agent is in apparent good order for carriage and that it is shipper's sole responsibility to tender shipment to the gofetch courier-agent packaged in a manner to ensure the safety of the contents as well as the safety of the courier-agent's vehicle.

gofetch does not accept items classified as hazardous materials, items of extraordinary value, cash or negotiable cash instruments, alcohol, tobacco,  illegal or unlawful substances.

gofetch accepts shipments on a "No Value Declared" basis, unless additional insurance is purchased to cover the actual value of shipments lost or damaged in transit. Liability is limited to a maximum value of $100.00 unless additional insurance is purchased.   In any event, gofetch will only be liable for actual costs associated with damage or loss of shipment.  There is not coverage for shipments delayed in transit, whether the fault of gofetch courier-agents or an act of God. Claims for loss or damage to package(s) must be made in writing within 15 days to gofetch.com, Attn: Claims Department, P.O. Box 2286, Philadelphia, Pa 19103.

Items accepted for delivery but refused by consignee will be held by a gofetch courier-agent for a maximum of 7 days.  Additional costs may be charged for storage and subsequent re-delivery or return of shipment.

Additional charges will be incurred for waiting time if the shipment is not ready for pick up at the time the  courier-agent arrives or if the shipemnt cannot be delivered at the time the courier-agent arrives to deliver.

Privacy Statement

The Information we collect, and how we use it to provide you with excellent service, requires gofetch to ask for specific personal information when you register. We only collect personal information that you have specifically and knowingly provided.


Selling Personal Information
We don't sell or distribute customer lists or credit card information to any sources outside gofetch.com.

We will occasionally send you email informing you of new features, products and special offers. If you  receive an email and would prefer not to, please contact customerservice@gofetch.com.

IP Address
gofetch.com logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track users' sessions and to help determine how often users visit different areas of the website. In many cases, we view and discard the information immediately and we don't link IP addresses to specific customers or to anything personally identifiable.

Site Security

Placing your delivery request with a credit card at gofetch.com is extremely safe. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt all of your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address. Once encrypted, there is virtually no opportunity for information to be intercepted in transit and used improperly.

Secure connections take place wherever sensitive information might be transferred over the Internet. Some common examples of where SSL occurs are: registration, logging in, updating your profile, and ordering services. If you are using Microsoft Explorer, Netscape Navigator 4.0 or newer, or AOL 4.0 or newer, you will know that you are on a secure page from the padlock displayed at the bottom of the browser. Older Netscape browsers display a key to indicate a secure connection. Not only does goFetch.com protect sensitive information while it is in transit, we also continuously monitor our systems for suspicious behavior.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel an order, send an email with your cancellation request to customerservice@gofetch.com .We will send you an email confirmation of the cancellation once we've completed the process.

Please note that we reserve the right to charge a fee for costs associated with an attempted pick up. Once an order is placed a courier-agent is dispatched within minutes. These costs could be as high as the completed delivery.
